Our Cakes

My cakes are home baked and made to order using the very best ingredients.
Each cake is exclusively decorated with the finest sugarcraft designs.

Wedding Cakes can be made from either traditional rich fruit recipes laced with brandy (these are matured for several weeks or longer for the very besy results) or Madeira sponge cake flavoured with Vanilla and filled with buttercream and jam or Lemon sponge filled with homemade lemon curd and buttercream and also the ever popular rich moist Chocolate cake filled with chocolate fudge.

The size of cake required will depend on the number of guests. I have three price catagories which are :
Classic standard; De Luxe or Super De Luxe and sizes of these on offer are:
Single Tier; Two; Three or Four Tiers and above.

My exclusive sugarcrafted flowers are as botanically correct as possible and are produced to match the bridal bouquets and/or colour scheme for the wedding.

Service includes consultation, delivery and setting up of cake at the reception venue a deposit will secure any order and the balance is payable upon delivery by prior arrangement.

I also have available for hire, an Italian hand made silver and glass 3 tier cake stand.
